RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Unless your purchase is SALE merchandise, we offer the opportunity for you to obtain a refund or exchange if you are not satisfied with the size/fit of your purchase made via electronic means, (i.e. via the Website), provided that the merchandise is received by us in its original unworn condition, with all original tags attached within the time frames set out below. Proof of purchase is required. This offer does not include refund of delivery charges.
(For clarity, we do not extend this offer to in-store purchases where the customer has had the opportunity to inspect and try on the merchandise before making the purchase.)

RETURNS BY MAIL
To arrange your return, simply follow the instructions included in your parcel and enclose our RETURNS FORM. Any further queries relating to your return please email us info@jandcolifestyle.com.au 
*Please note that we must receive the item/s for return in our store within 14 days of the date you received your order.

A store credit may be offered by j&co. LIFESTYLE in its sole discretion where an item has been returned for refund but reaches j&co. LIFESTYLE slightly outside the stipulated timeframe. A store credit will not be offered where any other condition of this Returns Policy is not met.

RETURNS BY RETAIL STORE
You have 14 days from the time of receiving your order to present in-store with your item to return. Returns will be accepted at the discretion of j&co. LIFESTYLE staff at the time of returning in-store and should fall within the above guidelines.

A store credit may be offered by j&co. LIFESTYLE in its sole discretion where an item has been returned for refund but reaches j&co. LIFESTYLE slightly outside the stipulated timeframe. A store credit will not be offered where any other condition of this Returns Policy is not met.

STEP-BY-STEP
Once you have chosen your preferred method of returns, please ensure we will be receiving your returned item/s within our 14 day RETURNS period and adhering to our RETURNS POLICY. Follow the instructions included in your parcel and include our RETURNS FORM with your item/s.

Once we have received the returned item and have ensured the merchandise is in new and unused condition with the designer garment tags attached in its original packaging, we will either dispatch a new item or arrange a refund, depending on which option you have requested. Approved exchanges will incur additional delivery fees, which must be paid by you in advance of dispatch of the new item.
Please note that time is of the essence. If the conditions stipulated by j&co. LIFESTYLE are not met, including as to timeframes, j&co. LIFESTYLE will have no obligation to refund, exchange or return the merchandise to you. You may arrange collection at your own expense.

Merchandise that is damaged, or soiled in transit to j&co. LIFESTYLE will not qualify for refund or exchange under this Returns Policy.

j&co. LIFESTYLE strongly recommends you return your item by registered mail such as Express Post.

RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund, less any shipping fees, will be credited to the original payment method (faulty goods). Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
